Why is air conditioning a crucial topic in seasonal rentals?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Air conditioning is an essential comfort in our hot regions. But if left on constantly, it leads to several major problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • \ud83d\udcc8 Explosion of electricity costs<\/strong> : sometimes +60 \u20ac per person for just one week's rental. Several hundred euros for a large villa. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u2744\ufe0f Premature wear of devices<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recycle Ecological impact<\/strong> In Guadeloupe, electricity is largely produced from fossil fuels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \ud83d\udeab Tensions with travelers<\/strong> when trying to regulate or limit its use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    The challenge: reconciling passenger comfort, environmental respect, and cost control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We have tested or observed several options in other hosts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Allows to define when the air conditioning can operate (e.g., 8 PM \u2013 8 AM).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • \u274c But it prevents an afternoon nap or a refreshment during the day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • The key system that cuts the AC when you leave the house<\/strong>\n

        • Based on a key connected to the power supply of the air conditioners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • \u26a0\ufe0f Often generates negative reviews: house too hot upon return, degraded experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
